AV Capture All’s (AVA) was developed to meet the Audio/Video recording needs of Legislative & Executive bodies that meet regularly and vote over an agenda. AVA is a ‘software plus services’ solution that works with off-the-shelf Audio & Video hardware to capture the live meeting, synchronize the Audio/Video with an agenda and notes, attach associated documents, and stream live or on-demand to the public-at-large.

AVA gives the Clerk the ability to:

	Import Upload an existing Agenda or create a new Agenda		Search Search any text to view the associated Audio/Video
	Edit Add notes and edit the Agenda during the meeting		Track Track Roll-Calls, Motions and Votes of each Decision-Maker
	Sync Synchronize Agenda items & notes with the Audio/Video		Publish Publish content to the web for public viewing
	Associate Attach Minutes and other associated documents		Manage Store & Manage online content easily and securely
