AV Capture All’s recording solutions for government agencies can be purchased through our network of Authorized Partners.  Each of our experienced Partners have been authorized by AVCA to provide the valuable services of on-site installation, training and support of our solutions.  Our Authorized Partners work directly with government agency customers as System Integrators to meet the agencies' A/V recording needs.

        Some of the items you can expect from an AVCA Authorized Partner include:

• Immediate response to government agency requests (RFP/RFQ's).
• Live demonstration of the recording solutions available.
• Full proposal outlining necessary hardware components, recording application(s) and content services needs, including pricing.
• Simple purchasing setup, including pre-arranged lease agreement for hardware components and subscription agreement for software and services.
• Installation of all necessary equipment and complete setup of software and services.

• 24x7 customer support, including on-site support whenever necessary.
