Courtrooms, for example, are required by law to capture the audio in four isolated channels for transcription purposes. City councils are required to provide an agenda of the meeting and to keep accurate minutes. The AV Capture All platform was designed to record multiple channels of audio and video, while integrating additional information called meta-data. This meta-data can be in the form of agendas, minutes, annotations, transcripts, file descriptions, or any other piece of information the customer wishes to attach. By integrating this meta-data within the Audio/Video stream, the A/V content has new attributes of being index-able and searchable. And since the meta-data is linked to the A/V, customers and their constituents have the ability to view any segment of the A/V content they wish to see, while following along with the synchronized information for context.
